Return, Refund or Cancellation policy
It is possible for a customer to ask for a refund or to cancel his or her purchase within a reasonable delay.
We will refund the amount on the credit card used at the moment of the purchase. No refund will be made in cash or by check.
Our return policy allows the return of an item within 30 days following the date of receipt. (Canada Post’s delivery confirmation is used as the date of reference.)
After 30 days no refund, no exchange will be accepted, unless exceptional circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item has to be unused and in the same condition you received it. Opened supplement bottles will not be accepted. The items must be in the original packaging. A return authorization must be requested by email at the following address: email@example.com. Without this authorization, the product won’t be accepted and it won’t be sent back to you. In order to speed up the return process, we will ask you to take pictures of the product you want to return (you can include the pictures in your initial request).
Unless the reason for the return is the result of our error, the shipping cost is paid by the customer. The customer has the responsibility to adequately protect the product he or she returns. We will not accept damaged items. To return an item, please include the receipt or a proof of purchase. Do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. You will receive a notification of your refund by email.
Late or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account on more time as a first step. Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there might be a delay before your credit appears in your account. Next, you can contact your bank, as there is often a delay due to processing time before the refund shows up in your account. Exchange (if applicable)
Unless it is the result of our error, we only replace items that are damaged of defective.
If you wish to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email: « email@example.com ». After authorization, please return the item at our address( Mirabel). Depending on the circumstances, the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer or Herb-e-Concept. If your exchange is approved, we will refund you the return shipping costs.
To cancel an ongoing order, please send us an email at
« firstname.lastname@example.org » or call our customer service department (Tel de Herb-e-Concept). If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for its delivery. Then, call us and request a return slip if applicable. Finally, send back your order with the return slip.
Herb-e-Concept reserves the right:
- To suspend any order or delivery in the event of non-payment;
- To change the price and the description and to cancel or decline any order containing pricing errors and inaccurate descriptions. These corrections can be made even if an order has already been accepted.
Please send your returned item by mail to our address : (address of Herb-e-Concept). Unless accepted by Herb-e-Concept, you have to pay for the shipping costs when you return an item.
The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from it. Depending where you live, the delivery time of your new product can vary.
If you are shipping one or more items of great value, you should consider shipping them with a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment and to buy an insurance for your package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
