I have tried to take them at different periods in the day, ex. morning, afternoon, or the evening before I go to bed and I don`t see any difference. That would be 3 before each meal or in your case in the afternoon, evening and before you go to bed. There is no danger and we even have one of our clients, a naturopath that begins all of his clients that start Meno-Concept in this way. In this way it is absolutely guaranteed to see a positive result. After the week is over you can change the dosage as you see fit, remembering that each individual is different. I know some women that take just one capsule a day. However watch what you eat; a woman that I know really well, for example will experience hot flashes if she eats too much chocolate.....
