CEREBRAL OR PHYSICAL: If you are the type "cerebral", that means that your mind is always running 100 miles the minute, thinking of all sorts of things constantly. With LTO3 it will be two times worse because LTO3 raises cerebral activity. But for the type " physical", this is to say that you can't sleep because your body doesn't want to stop moving, you will sleep really well by taking one or two capsules of LTO3 one hour before going to bed.
